Call Care Systems
Call Care Systems are an independent software developer with customers throughout the UK.
Orchard has worked closely with Call Care for many years, initially because of our Novell experience. The Call Care products were written for the Novell Netware platform and Orchard were able to provide, install and support Netware File Servers that were tailored to suit the needs of each individual client.
Like most developers, Call Care has moved towards the Microsoft Windows platform and, as Microsoft Gold Partners, Orchard has been able to play a key role in this. We are now installing and supporting Windows based File Servers and Terminal Servers for Call Care’s customers. We have also been able to provide the Novell to Microsoft migration services. And for those customers that are still running the older systems, we are still able to support their Novell Netware platform.
Supplying, installing and supporting the hardware and operating systems has allowed Call Care to concentrate on developing and supporting their specialised software products.
